Zion Classic is a theme emphasizes on gird layout. It features 2 column layout for blog section allowing post thumbnail and excerpt with title and post meta.
You can have 2 headers of your choice, either big or small. Big heder features spot above tagline to add custom text and small header for simplicity.
Each header comes with custom icons on the right defined by text entered in the menu setting. You can also add or remove custom icons from functions.php and it uses free version of Font Awesome.
Each page has big bold text with extra padding with a text highlight and a top border as the header. With post page, it shares the same page header with extra meta for date posted and author meta.
Footer features extra columns for links. There is a search bar once you’ve clicked the gray button and the search box will expand. If the content extrude screen size, it will simply stick to the bottom until users scroll to the bottom to reveal the footer.
Once users scrolls down to the bottom of the page, it has an icon for easily scrolling backup.
Custom projects post type available as well for adding custom content.
The theme has been adapted for mobile view as well.
